Choosing natural foods is something I am conscious of.

Ranch Dip for Veggies
Dressings can have MSG (monosodium glutamate) which can cause headaches. Chemicals can cause me to have one. Also, corn syrup is in most dips and dressings.

Finding a dressing at the health food store, became difficult to find the flavor I wanted.
I’m not fond of a strong vinaigrette dressing. The ranch dressing never tasted good to me either, so I was in desperate need of finding something.

These ingredients are so easy to pick up at the local store you’ll never buy store-bought ranch dip/dressing again.
We like this ranch dip recipe for chips too. We buy this brand of potato chips Cape Cod or Boulder when we have a Fun Friday Free Day. Boulder is healthier because they use olive oil. Cape Cod uses vegetable oil.
You will like this flavor and will never want another ranch dip again!
I mix all ingredients and add milk/buttermilk for a salad dressing. You could also make this with Greek yogurt or light sour cream. Regular sour cream has more fat and fewer carbohydrates.
More fat helps you stay full longer. Adding cream cheese for a different flavor might be exactly the taste you’re looking for.
